Through our members, but also our extensive network of researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors, we collect ideas that have the potential to realize our sustainable future. We carry out a careful analysis of project ideas, often in many steps. The ideas are evaluated according to criteria such as energy-saving potential, public interest, and investor opportunities.

The most promising ideas reach the development stage. In this stage we outline the reason, goal, consortium, financing, and communication strategy for the project. Here we tie relevant research to the project, and explore opportunities for public financing. The project can launch when both financing and a consortium of actors is in place.

The members of the consortium sign a project agreement and create a steering committee. A project manager is appointed who is responsible for operations as well as reports to the steering committee.

With our project model we take the ideas from the drawing room to the public. Together with our members we realize our sustainable future.
